Fitness

I started lifting in Nashville in 2017, then took a break when I moved to New York in 2018. In the summer of 2020 I started powerlifting in earnest, and in the spring of 2022 added the Olympic lifts. I tore my hamstrings pretty badly in the fall of 2023, but have been rehabbing them off and on for a few years so I can return to high-weight powerlifting again. Here are some stats!
